Wouldn't always driving over mean not being able to stop?

No when you slow down that means your stoping, so as soon as you press the acceleration you would instantly go 1 mile over the speed limit

Fuck. I chose the wrong one. I'd travel at 24 on a 25 limit road or 49 on a 50 limit road.

Would I rather keep getting tickets over and over, or would I rather be honked at sometimes, but still have the satisfaction of knowing I am not breaking the law.

If you choose red, you cant stop because if you stop, you go to 0 mph, and the speed limit is usually above 0 mph.

You can get a ticket for going to slow. And if you speed up by 5 miles or less you'll more than likely not get pulled over.

Well honestly this should be a 50% 50% question. Because both of them would cause something bad. If you drive over the speeding limit you will get speeding tickets YOULL miss the stop light and you could crash. If you go under the speeding limit YOULL hold up traffic people will crash into you and more could happen.

I'd say during good driving conditions you should be right on or slightly below the speed limit, but being above is also quite common though its illegal, especially when you are in a hurry. If you are driving eg on an icy road you should be clearly below the speed limit unless they have adapted speed limits to those conditions

From my experience, most cops in the U.S won't pull you over for just going 5 or 6 mph over the speed limit. People who drive under the speed limit annoy the shit out of me.

pretty much already the case. I treat posted speed limits as actual speed limits, yeah its means I take slightly longer getting from point a to point b but it also means I've got more time to adapt to changing road conditions
