By choosing to stay in one place, you would not be handicapped. If in the wheelchair, you are handicapped.

That's totally not how a 200-mile radius works though, it's permanently centered on one area, so you'd be stuck either in your home state or your home country for the rest of your life.

@the Texan it says the same radius so it can't move, however, a 200- mile radius is 400 in diamiter which is quite big, so you wouldn't need to move it

I get to sit around all the time and I always have a chair. It doesn't say fully paralyzed, so I can still talk and move my arms. Also, it has been my lifelong dream to go to Japan.

theTexan's comment wouldn't work, it states in the same 200mile radius, if you were to move that radius it would not be the same 200mile radius. also, if you took it with you on a gps, it would be the same 200mile radius except your location within it would be moving.

It never says anywhere that youre confined to a wheelchair for the remainder of your life. It just says that you travel the world by yourself. Plus, there is that joystick thing that you can direct your wheelchair with. as for the 200 mile thing, what about your family? Sure, they can come over, but it will be less convenient. Plus, if something bad happens, if a ruler/president that is terrible comes along, if your country is getting bombed, THERE IS NO ESCAPE. In the wheelchair, you get handicapped spots. In the 200mile radius, you see your favorite restaurants go under, you can't escape disasters. ALSO, IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ARGUE THAT YOU WILL NOT GET HANDICAPPED SPACES, IT SAYS IT IN THE DESCRIPTION. Thank you. still, even though you are handicapped, this isnt entirely realistic(You would not be able to travel the world in a wheelchair...) you could say that you could end it in one way or another (Remission or something?)

The same 200 mile radius?! The Earth is always moving, dude! You would be obligated to stay in that same place in space, so you'd die! But in seriousness, I assume you mean that 200 mile radius is attached to the Earth's surface, so I'd still go with the wheelchair because that sounds extremely difficult, especially in the incident of a war or disease spreading.
