With mind reading, you'd live with it for the rest of your life, having to buy pills to get rid of headaches, which will add up. With being able to fly, you can get over your fear of heights soon, and end up flying without any disadvantages. It takes times, but just gradually move a bit more above the ground and practice a bit, and you have infinite wings with no downfalls whatsoever. Also you can -Ignore large crowds -Travel without a plane ticket which costs well over 100 dollars. -Have a bird's eye view of everything.
