True, but same goes with cheater. But, if you pick liar, nobody would trust you to say anything truthfully. If you pick cheater, nobody would trust you to do anything truthfully. Personally, I think it's a matter of 'who' in the case, not 'what'. It says 'be considered', not 'become'. Would people believe you would cheat or lie more? I pick cheat, since it's much easier to lie than to cheat. Less would believe that I would cheat, so it's considered by less. More would believe I would lie, so would be considered by more.
