The problem with speaking all the languages but the one you're in is that you won't be able to ask anyone local where a bathroom is or where a good cheeseburger joint can be found. Or if you're lost, how to get the hell out of there.

Unless you're in South Africa. I can speak two of the eleven official languages! XD
Tadtiger
I'm currently in the USA. Therefore, I would not be able to speak American English. But I could speak every other language of every country in the world, such as the United Kingdoms of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (like saying that) and Australia. I can speak English along with every language in the world.
Utah G
oops wrong choice.
Larpnochez
Well, considering that I can basically remember the dictionary definition of every single word I know, this wouldn't make much of a difference.
Somerandomwizard
In Canada, there are to main languages einglish and French, I have no need to speak French :D

xereeto
Other countries speak English... so if you're in the US you still know British English and vice versa.

Vesko
Uh... no, you won't. You missed the "English" part, which coincidentally appears in both British and American English.
AussyPyro
Actually Vesk they are considered separate languages. Much like north and south Korea are considered separate countries. Anyway move once, be happy where you are, learn the god damn language in a few moths to a year cos you're surrounded by it.
cooldude
aussypyro you couldn't if you went to a different country you would currently be in that country thus you could not learn the language
Kyle
i currently live in Antarctica... i win
SmartPaul
Like what Qwesda said, "well considering when you change countries your language would change. you would be pretty well set."
Runescape
British English? It's the same language lol, just different accents.
Jargen
Alright 'Runescape', tell me what the difference between colour and color is?
Llama
Color and colour are the exact same word and same pronunciation, and both are considered correct in both america and england. It's the same language, but American English is more flexible and less defined, so I could technically speak any language.
Dan
In places where I live in China- more people speak English than Chinese, but English isn't China's official language.
Humanity
Well I live in Lithuania soo ..... xD
XxNuttyFiber23xX
the USA does not have a language
Brendan
I would rather be able to flirt on my home turf and know it works than guess with a foreign woman. Or rely on the luck that she knew a language I did.
Freq-Sho
Or be able to do anything where you are. You'd basically still need someone to translate with the blue.
K.S.
If you k ow every other countries language you will know English because of Great Britain.... So win/win!
K.S.

Boredbuttercup:)
I live in Britain wear I hear loads of other languages thanks to immigrants -_-
pedobear98
So many people in the world know English and Spanish. You can hit on those sexy latina bitches.
KMH690
America has people who speak many languages isn't it called the melting pot
Kenny Hutsone
True
JForrestQ
Can you imagine how easy an English major would be if you knew what every single word in the language meant? I don't know other languages anyway, sign me up!
51%
Lol who wants an English major
MyCotingaBird
I know, right? You could be a book author with such major.
youat2inthemorning
It's called tourism people! just go where there is a lot of tourists and BAM
Cross
I hate my county's language so I choose blue
[deleted]
Same.
Henlomibois
read description
conner
you hate english?
MyCotingaBird
Judging by your language, you must hate speaking English. Which is kind of odd. That's like some Spanish-only-speaking Mexican saying "odio el español."
Kaden
Speak every other language. And then move to Japan. WIN!
VSpartan
If you move to Japan, you would suddenly not know Japanese though. The choice was "Speak every language except for the country you are CURRENTLY in." That means moving to Japan would make you suck at Japanese.
VSpartan
Actually, on second thought, that would make both choices good wouldn't it? Otherwise the choice would be overwhelmingly Red.
weirdo
Or any where in Europe (besides Great Britain). English is kinda universal now.
Conor Begley
Be red, as if you go to japan you will suddenly spek japanese
Tim Schneider
It says when you go to another country your knowledge resets. So if you went to Japan then you could speak any language EXCEPT Japanese.
Stickem101
When ever you go to another country, you would speak only that language. You dont really need all the languages of the world.
GareBear
If it changes when moving then that makes this a no-brainer.
[deleted]
I'll move to Finland and speak Swedish.
emmipemmi
Svenskatalande bättre folk!
cerpintaxt
"...only the language of the country you're in." clearly this is an easy choice because if you switch countries, so does your language. no less you'll use the language perfectly
Velatus
I live in Norway. Norwegian is pretty much useless for anything, and I prefer to speak english anyways.
Kall4rk
Same here, and people can understand and speak English here too, so I wouldn't feel a completely outsider
Olivebates
Yeah but everyone here can also speak english
Minkzx
Um... considering it says the country you're in... That changes every time you go to a new country.
overtherainbow
You could sound sooooo smart.
[deleted]
if i spoke only some weird african language, then i would choose blue. But i'm not giving up English. over a billion speakers and everything translated for me. Thats too much to pass up
KilltheHobos
Wow you're an idiot. I'm pretty sure they would give up their native tongue for your "weird" American language.
Christian Bale
The U.K. speaks English, so you'd still know English.
Jean Sissell
I agree.
Mondasin
USA doesn't have an official language, so I can speak all the languages.
Stewiepwn
It has no official language, but English is still it's primary language.
boo
I LIVE IN IRELAND AND NO ONE SPEAKS IRISH HERE ANYWAY WE ALL SPEAK ENGLISH :-) LOL
boo
I know it's genius
Brandon johnson
Indeed for me too XD
Daniboyi
Speak every language is clearly better. Most countries speaks a secondary language. Most countries understand near-perfect English. Go to England? speak American, which is like 99 % English with 1 % change.
Nick Costa
I live in America and since we technically have no official language I guess that means I know them all. (Look it up)
Armando Morgenstern
Considering that my countrie's official language is Spanish, I could use a combination of languages that have similar pronounciation like Portuguese , Italian ans so on :)
Shrapnel
If I live somewhere like Portugal but don't know Portuguese, I can get around just fine with my knowledge of Spanish, French, English, Italian, and Latin.
CutiePie
i could piss off so many people with my fancy big words and correcting their grammar, plus if u look at the description if u go to france, you'll know french, so y have no one understand u all the time?
valduck17
Yes, you'd have no friends, but know the entire English language, with no one wanting to talk to you.
Snailchan
i would go to japan instead lol
CyborgKittenPoweh
hmm...where does it say you cant learn the language of the country your in if your never move out of that country? Do I sense a loophole?
Hedzer
Fuck the dutch language ill immigrate to 'Merica
[deleted]
Just move to Switzerland. The spoken languages there are so far removed from the original languages that they count as their own. And everyone still understands the original languages (like, a German wouldn't understand a Swiss person from the German part of Switzerland, but they'd be perfectly able to understand and even speak German as it's spoken in Germany).
Miles Kelly
move to freaking china town
MyCotingaBird
Chinatown and China are two different places.
Robin
Canada: it's bilingual.
horsedickdotmpeg
I live in the US, so fuck it.
