Not if you read what the actual contestants have to say. If you have two smart contestants up there, it's not about intelligence anymore, it's about being able to ring in before the other guy. Wheel may have luck-based elements, but they're mostly based on risk/reward and the players get to make calculated decisions based on that.

You get to keep all the money you earned on Wheel of Fortune even if you lose, that doesn't happen on Jeopardy. Just imagine going to the final jeopardy, have an HUGE amount of money and lose the game by ONE DOLLAR. All that effort, gone to waste. Not worth it. Even the consolation prize they give you won't really make up for that. So Wheel of Fortune all day.
