Righties tend to live longer because things are made for them rather than us lefties because there are clearly a lot more people that are righties. So the really important things, like cars, aren't built for lefties, so more accidents occur on our part. And while lefties tend to be more creative, that's because the right part of the brain controls the left side and vice versa, and the right part of the brain is the creative side and the left is the logical side. However, I'm weird where I'm creative only with words and everything else is extremely logical with me. Also, I'd prefer to be a righty because while most things are more beneficial towards righties (hell, it's even easier to not smudge ink while writing if you're a righty), sports like fencing and boxing are tilted in our favour because righties in these sports don't usually come across them, whereas we usually come across righties, so we know what to do while they don't. Also, while most things come easy for righties, that gives us a bit of an edge in things as well, because we are more adaptable in that way. If all lefties couldn't drive like righties, the crash rate would be unbelievably higher than it is, where if righties were to try and drive lefty, their crash rate would be substantially higher because they rarely, if ever have to switch from their dominant side, like we do almost all the time.

Also left handed people have the advantage in sports.

I'm left handed, and many of my friends are as well, but the following are disadvantages of left-handedness.1)Though I've never had problems, it is harder for left handed people to draw or write (smudging/ often sloppier handwriting). 2) Left handed people statistically die quicker( 9 years sooner), for a multitude of reasons. Partly because of a change in blood flow (left hand in correlation to the heart, risks of strokes and what-not), and lefties are more likely to fall to death (at least in America because people use the right side of the staircase, and thus only use the right railing, which lefties are less inclined to use). 3)May schools still punish kids for using their left hands, or in many cultures the left hand is considered "unclean" (right for eating, left for toilet) However, most political leaders are left-handed (including presidents and candidates, and other political leaders in other nations). Left handed people are also better at dealing with stimuli as the connections between the left and right side of their brains. Other fun facts: 10-20% of people are left-handed, men are more often lefties. Aug. 13 is a holiday for lefties. Lefties are more likely to be alcoholics schizophrenic, or dyslexic. Left handed people tend to include the greatest and most hated people in history (Osama Bin Laden and Jack the Ripper vs Benjamin Franklin and Einstein). We also draw people facing the right more often, and lefties have higher odds of scholarships. Wedding rings are worn on the left hand so they are closer to the heart. I now regret my choice on the right side... I forgot some of this information and double checked it... lefties may die sooner and have more troubles, but they do experience things more fully due to mental activity.
