The brain one would kill you automatically since it is what controls everything that your body does. Having your stomach pulled out, on the other hand, would be excruciating.. Not to mention that its connect with the small intestine and esophagus. You'd pretty much pull everything out of your body then so you would die fast bu doing that also.
