Clean clothes cover body odor significantly, and adding cologne or body spray makes two weeks without a shower manageable for most people
Some people naturally produce very little body odor and could go two weeks without a shower causing any noticeable problem

be able to shower daily for 2 weeks but unable to change your clothes

Showering every day means your body stays clean and fresh, which keeps your clothes from absorbing odor even if you wear the same ones
Wearing the same clothes for two weeks is largely invisible if you shower daily, and denim especially does not visibly dirty quickly
